Pet Policy
We have a limit of two pets per apartment-home. Please note that residents will be required to pay an initial non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, and monthly pet rent of $50 per pet for up to two pets max. Certain breed restrictions may apply.Breed restrictions do apply, and certain aggressive breeds may be restricted, including but not limited to Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, Pit Bulls, American Bull, Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Mastiffs, Bullmastiffs, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Dalmatians, Alaskan Malamutes, Husky breeds, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids, or any mix of these breeds.
