Posted On: 6/11/2024My family & I just moved into these beautiful apartment/townhomes 4 days ago.
Priscilla was absolutely amazing! Her hospitality... while we were touring the apartment, as well as signing paperwork was raise or employee of the month worthy! She went above & beyond to make my family and I feel welcome & comfortable. She explained everything thoroughly & answered every question we had with ease. Really made a difficult move into an absolute positive one!

Posted On: 6/10/2024Our AC went out, put in a maintenance request at night & how quick it was for someone to come on the next day & fix our AC.... It worked then it didn’t to it working again. Thankful for Joe, for his patience that he was able to fix our AC especially in this heat.Read More about

I called the Leasing Office and Priscilla... was extremely helpful in getting me setup to have the maintenance team come by right away at a time that worked for me. Joe and Darrious from the Maintenance team showed up right on time and were incredibly helpful and they were able to troubleshoot, identify, and fix the issue with my AC in no time at all. I just wanted to give a massive shout out to Priscilla, Joe, and Darrious for always being so helpful and attentive no matter what residents needs are. Everything was in place on point and correct I want... to give a big thanks to Priscilla are the leasing agent who guided us through and showed us everything we Needed to see answered all of our questions and was very respectful and informative. She just really helped us see that the Michael B townhome flats were the place We should call home. moving to Las Vegas from Denver Colorado is a big jump.
